This year's System Golf Tournament is being held at the beautiful Foxtail Golf Club, in California. It is just north of San Francisco over the Golden Gate Bridge. We hope you will enjoy this venue and be able to join us for this popular annual event.

Accommodations are at the DoubleTree Hotel in Sonoma Wine Country a few minutes walk from the golf club.  Please register early so we can plan the event fully and we know how many are coming.

Eligibility - You're eligible to play if you're an active or retired Air Canada or Jazz employee or Guest. In addition, any Air Canada or Jazz Employee (current or retired) and guests are eligible to attend and participate.

(The Non-Golfer Package includes the same amenities of the Golfer Package, with the exception of the rounds of golf)

PACKAGE PRICE IS INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES and GRATUITIES.
The resort will accommodate pre and post dates with breakfast.

Accommodation Fees

This year fees for accommodations throughout the tournament need to be paid separate from the tournament fee to the DoubleTree Hotel. Payment and bookings for the hotel for September 12th to 16th can be made via phone at 1-707-584-5466 or by following this link.

As the tournament is being held in prime grape harvest time, it is imperative that anyone wishing to attend book their accommodations by August 11th 2010. The cost of the hotel for two people is 131.00 USD (plus tax) per night and is inclusive of a full daily breakfast.

If you wish to book additional days at the hotel besides the tournament duration of September 10th to 18th, arrangements must be made separately from the tournament accommodations.

Tournamant Fees

The tournament fee for golfers this year is $300 (USD).  This cost includes three rounds of golf with GPS-equipped golf carts, driving range access, dinners at the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel, towel tags, and a local wine tour with transportation.

For those non-golfers who wish to attend the tournament the fee is $130 (USD).  This cost includes dinners at the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel and a local wine tour with transportation.
